Manual Licence Terms
Every editable manual is sold under a single-academy licence. Buying a manual buys you the right to teach from it and brand it as your own — it does not transfer ownership of the content.
What you may do
- Edit, rewrite, restructure and add to the content freely.
- Add your own academy name, logo, contact details and branding to the cover and throughout.
- Issue the manual to your own enrolled learners, digitally or in print, as part of your own course.
- Set your own course pricing and deliver the course under your own accreditation.
- Keep using the manual indefinitely — the licence does not expire.
What you may not do
- Resell, sublicense, give away or swap the manual, edited or unedited, as a standalone product.
- Share it with another academy, trainer, business or group not covered by your purchase.
- Upload it to file-sharing sites, membership vaults, marketplaces, cloud folders or social groups.
- Claim authorship of the underlying content, or register any part of it as your own intellectual property.
- Use it to create a competing manual, template pack or content library for sale.
One purchase covers one academy or training business. If you operate multiple trading academies, or have other trainers who need their own copy, an additional licence is required per academy.
Ownership
Copyright in the manuals, including all text, structure, illustrations and assessment material, remains with Luxe Academy Online. You own your edits and your branding; you do not own the source content. Nothing in this licence transfers copyright.
Watermarking and traceability
Every file is delivered through a private, order-specific link. PDF copies are watermarked at the moment of download with the purchasing name, email address and order reference, on every page. Editable Word copies carry the same licence notice inside the document.
These markings identify the licence holder. If a watermarked file appears outside your academy, it can be traced back to the order it was issued to. Removing, obscuring or altering the watermark or licence notice is a breach of this licence.
Accreditation
A manual licence does not transfer our accreditation. You are responsible for your own accreditation, insurance, qualifications and regulatory compliance for any course you deliver using the material, and for keeping the clinical content current and appropriate for your jurisdiction.
Breach and enforcement
If the licence is breached we may revoke it, disable download access, refuse future purchases without refund, and pursue recovery of losses and legal costs. Where content has been distributed unlawfully we will issue takedown notices to the hosting platform.
Suspected misuse can be reported in confidence via our contact page.
Governing terms
This licence sits alongside our terms and conditions and refund policy, and is governed by the law of England and Wales.
