Legal
Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to every online course and editable manual purchased from Luxe Beauty Training Academy. By placing an order you agree to them.
1. About us
Luxe Beauty Training Academy ("we", "us", "our") is the seller of the courses and manuals offered on this site, and you are entering into a contract with us. We provide accredited online beauty, aesthetics, skincare and SPMU training courses, and licence editable training manuals to other academies and trainers. We are based in the United Kingdom and can be contacted at hello@luxebeautytrainingacademy.co.uk.
By continuing to use this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. You confirm that you are of legal age to contract and, where you are buying on behalf of an academy or business, that you have authority to bind it.
2. Our services
All training is delivered online as digital course content. Editable manuals are supplied as digital downloads. We do not currently offer in-person or practical training days, and nothing on this site should be taken as an offer of face-to-face tuition.
3. Eligibility and prerequisites
Some courses — in particular injectable courses — require an existing medical, prescribing or professional qualification, or access to a prescriber. Where prerequisites are stated on a course page, it is your responsibility to confirm you meet them before purchasing. We may withhold or revoke certification where prerequisites have been misrepresented.
4. Orders and payment
A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. Prices are shown in GBP. We never see or store your card details.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Payment, billing, tax, invoicing, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms, together with our refund and cancellation policy.
5. Access to course content
Online course content is made available to you as soon as your payment clears, or on the start date stated at purchase. Access is personal to you and must not be shared, resold, streamed publicly or used to deliver training to third parties.
6. Certification and accreditation
Certificates are issued on successful completion of the course content and any required written assessment. Certification confirms that you have completed our training; it does not itself grant insurance. It is your responsibility to arrange appropriate professional indemnity insurance and to comply with the laws, licensing rules and regulations that apply where you practise.
7. Manual licence
Editable manuals are licensed, not sold. Each purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for a single academy or trainer to edit and brand the manual and use it with your own learners on your own courses. You may not resell, sub-licence, share, publish or distribute the manuals or any substantial part of them, whether edited or not. Copyright and all other intellectual property rights remain with us.
8. Intellectual property
All course materials, videos, documents, images and site content are our intellectual property or licensed to us. Recording, copying or redistributing course content is prohibited and may result in access being withdrawn without refund.
9. Cancellations and refunds
Your cancellation and refund rights are set out in our refund and cancellation policy, which forms part of these terms.
10. Acceptable use, suspension and termination
You must not misuse this website or our content. In particular you must not:
- use the site or materials for any unlawful purpose;
- commit fraud, submit false details or send spam;
- infringe our intellectual property or anyone else's;
- interfere with the security of the site — including uploading malware, probing or scanning it, or scraping content.
We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment or chargeback, a security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. We do not guarantee that the site or course platform will be uninterrupted or error-free.
11. Liability
Our training is educational. We are not liable for the treatments you perform, for clinical decisions you make, or for any loss arising from your practice. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order is the version that applies to it.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
