Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request one, visit paddle.net with your order email or receipt, or contact us at hello@luxebeautytrainingacademy.co.uk and we will arrange it with Paddle for you. We reply within 3 working days, and approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.

Manuals are delivered as instant digital downloads. At checkout you confirm that you want immediate access. If a manual is not right for you, tell us within 14 days and we will refund it — we ask that you delete your copies and stop using the material, as the licence ends with the refund.

If a file is corrupt, incomplete or not what was described, we will fix or replace it. If we cannot, you get a full refund.

Where manual files have already been downloaded, or where we can see the files have been accessed, we reserve the right to refuse or reduce the refund and will assess each request at our discretion.

Online courses are also covered by the 14-day money-back guarantee. Where you have a technical problem preventing access, contact us and we will restore access or refund you. Once a certificate has been issued for a completed course, that course is no longer refundable, as the qualification has been supplied in full.

Accidentally paid twice, or bought the wrong course or manual? Tell us and we will refund the duplicate or swap it for the correct item.

If we withdraw or materially change a course you have paid for and cannot provide an equivalent, you will be offered an alternative course or a full refund.

Manual licences are single-academy licences. Where a manual is resold, shared or redistributed in breach of our terms and conditions, the licence is terminated without refund.

Nothing in this policy affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
