Refund & Cancellation Policy

At checkout you will see a checkbox confirming: “I request immediate access to this digital product and understand that once the download or access has been provided I lose my statutory right to cancel, so a change-of-mind refund is no longer available.” If you tick this box and we then grant access or deliver the files, you have agreed to waive the 14-day cooling-off period for that order.

If you do not agree to immediate access, do not tick the box and do not complete the purchase. Once access has been granted or files downloaded, we do not refund simply because you have changed your mind.

We will refund an order in full where:

• Access has not yet been granted or files have not yet been downloaded, and you cancel within 14 days of purchase.
• The files are corrupt, incomplete or materially different from what was described and we cannot fix or replace them.
• You have a technical problem that permanently prevents access and we cannot restore it.
• You paid twice for the same item by mistake.
• We withdraw or materially change a product and cannot provide an equivalent.

We do not refund once digital content has been accessed or downloaded, except where the product is faulty or not as described. This includes editable manuals that have already been downloaded and online courses where a certificate has already been issued.

To request a refund, email us at info@luxeacademyonline.co.uk with your order email or receipt. We reply within 3 working days, and approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Stripe, our payment processor.

Manuals are sold on a single-academy licence. If a refund is issued, you must delete all copies and stop using the material immediately. Where a manual is resold, shared or redistributed in breach of our terms and conditions, the licence is terminated without refund.

Nothing in this policy affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, including your right to a refund for faulty or misdescribed digital content.
